March 22nd Hope Springs Eternal Wreath Making Class
Welcome to a wonderful workshop hosted by maximalist crafter, Angela Zampell for a fabulous afternoon of no judgement wreath making on Sunday March 22nd 11am to 1pm. Adults only
The class will be held in the
Hot Glue Heroes workshop at:
Studio CRC
1017 Waterman Ave
East Providence, RI
Each crafter will receive a 10 inch foam wreath, prewrapped with tinsel garland with several color options as the base for their Hope Springs Eternal Wreath.
Inspired by An Essay on Man, by Alexander Pope written in 1732. His words describe how it’s part of being human to be hopeful even when things are bleak.
There will be a vast collection of pieces to allow each crafter to make a wreath that reflects their unique vision.
Bins apon bins of vintage and retro pieces from festive birds, happy dinosaurs, to novelty toys and hundreds of vintage, retro and customized items, including plastic animals, monkey faces and doll heads, florals, plastic fruit with custom felt faces and googly eyes, pom poms, felt shapes, bows, trims and so much more will be yours to incorporate into your wreath during the workshop.
Hot glue guns, glue sticks, silicon finger tip protectors, scissors, sandpaper, wire and assorted hand tools will be available for use.
During the class, you be crafting a special piece to take home along side a friendly, supportive community. You will also be gaining tons of useful pro tips to create more pieces at home and grow your creativity.
Because this class is being held in the workshop, we can accommodate up to 6 crafters so please tell your friends and make a day of it.
Light refreshments will be provided.
